Hard to beat these clays in their natural environment.... a fun challenge to try and tell their stories in a gallery setting. Looking forward to bringing my work to the community in a couple of weeks ... firing my outdoors kiln in between rain events :)

I am currently working on new pieces for this show in early 2023..... featuring some beautiful local materials that I look forward to sharing. Aotea will be my first audience, as is only right, and then I will be flying south with this work in March to share it at the lovely Edith Gallery in Whanganui, sponsored by Community Education Whanganui. It will be open for viewing between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday during the middle 2 weeks of March. For viewing outside of these times please feel free to get in touch.
